Thank you so much for your advice and the hands on play with your great treasure basket. I just thought I'd give you some feedback - the Sensac has been a real hit with all three of my children! They are each playing with the things in slightly different ways but have all been playing together crowding round the basket and delving deeply - it was a joy to see.
My eldest 7 years, quickly took on the role of custodian and has been interested in what everything is and their alternative uses. He has been inspired to start different collections and took a plastic bag on our walk yesterday to collect interesting leaves / conkers / feathers etc. The middle one 4 years, loves the little bags and placing as many objects in them as he can - he's the squirrel! The baby has just enjoyed being part of the action and exploring different objects. She has moved from the cork coaster to the little metal bucket and taking around the book.
It's just the start of an amazing play experience for all of us - it just turns up the unexpected - like how interesting a cork coaster is! All this and we haven't started with the cards yet, so looking forward to those.
